The Tap Out™ system is the first holster of its kind with patents pending. It is multi security level, ambidextrous, multi-use system and is extremely intuitive. Every officer left and right handed, in the department can train the same way, with the same operating system. It is built from a special highly reinforced polymer, making it very strong, rustproof, and it can endure all weather extremes. The forward part of the holster body has a built in Picatinny rail which will be fitted with a smooth rail cover to protect the jacket linings. This system is very fast and extremely instinctual. The foundation of the TAP OUT™ system is the Plain Clothes (concealment) version. In this mode, the holster can be fitted with either a concealment slide or a paddle. Both are adjustable for cant, and the slide is also adjustable for height. It features two finger breaks, (level 4) which are very instinctive and operate simultaneously. This configuration makes the system ambidextrous.
